Thank you for taking the time to learn more about my story. Being an independently owned, property management company, we are ready to create more homes, especially for you in Basingstoke.

I purchase properties that I can see potential in, often they need refurbishment so I don't mind getting my hands dirty as they say. Some examples would be changing a flat to a 2 bedroom, extensions, conversions, and property development referred to as a "Limpet Build".

MY STORY
I'm Annette Dawson, born here, gone to school locally, and have eventually grown up living in Basingstoke. I now even have my family and grandchildren here too! Therefore, I would consider myself as knowing Basingstoke and the local areas pretty well, or as some would say "I know Basingstoke like the back of my hand".
Since 2004, I have been investing in the Basingstoke property market. Being the founder of Rose Lettings and Maintenance I have a very good insight and understanding of what does work and what doesn't work in property management. Being established now for well over 16 years, I have continued to gain professional accreditations as well as valuable skills that have contributed to a growing property portfolio.
